Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer customer satisfaction survey
- Attend to daily customers queries
- Provide general office administrative support
- Maintain proper filling and records
- Any other duties as assign by the immediate supervisor
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 5 GCE “N” / 3 GCE ‘O’ Level credits
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in customer service environment preferred
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
