Salary Package:
Basic Salary: $2200 - $2600

Work location: Tampines/Kovan/Potong Pasir

Working hours: 8am - 4pm & 4pm - 10pm (Must complete 44 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with check-in and check-out processes, collecting medical history, and preparing them for consultations.
• Managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls, and maintaining patient records.
• Assisting healthcare professionals with medical procedures, preparing examination rooms, and sterilizing instruments.
• Processing payments, managing insurance claims, and providing cost estimates for services.

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC in any field or equivalent certification
• Prior experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage
• Able to work on shift work, weekends and Public Holiday
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese in order to communicate with elderly Chinese patient

*There will be 1-2 days Trial Employment Period ($8/hr)*

*Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.*
