Administrative Assistant

Full time

$1,800 – $2,200 per month

Job responsiblities:

• Purchase and keep records of machine spare parts

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records.

• Coordinate with production colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.

• Handle all office duties, including filing, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.

• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence promptly.

• Work at weighbridge in issuing tickets to drivers when there is a shortage of manpower.

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE O Level or ITE

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) is required.

• Moderate proficiency in written and spoken English is necessary

Working location: close to Choa Chu Kang MRT

2. Willing to work OT, at weekends, PH and night shifts.
