Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
• Create Payroll database.
• Pre-Payroll activities including input and update employee details.
• Provide support and be involved with monthly payroll.
• Compiling & checking of daily attendance for the payroll process.
• Work closely with support team for payroll related issues etc.
• Ensure changes are entered correctly and updated on a timely basis.
• Processing of Government Paid Maternity Leave/ Paternity Leave/ Shared Parental Leave/ Childcare Leave claims
• Provide administrative duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any major discipline
• Payroll experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll
• Knowledge in payroll software is an advantage
• Effective engagement with Payroll team members to smoothen out work level processes.
• Knowledgeable in payroll mechanism in terms of compliance and legislation.
• Understand workflow and process for work efficiency.
• Discipline in time management and instruction listening.
• Expect to travel at least twice to Singapore office per week for the 1st 2 months for integration.
• Able to start on short notice.

Role Summary

The main role is to provide administrative support to Facilities team。

Key Responsibilities

• Management and schedule of department head daily meetings.
• Provide administrative support to Facilities team members.
• Support system engineers in purchase requisition (PR) raising and job completion submission in system.
• Assist to track PR and support Section Head in updating budget tracking.
• Support the transfer of Facilities document into Company system.
• Responsible for handling department stationary needs.
• Support on a temporary basis to cover other department AA / GM Secretary duty when a need arises.
• Provide necessary support to team in continuous improvement program, such as documentation for FMEA, QIT projects, ISO14001, BS8800, and QS9000 activities.
• Any other specific tasks assign from time to time by section and /or department head.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• A Level / Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 -2 years in similar capacity and working experience in administrative function.
