Job Description: As a Fruit Stall Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our fruit stall. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
• Weighing and pricing fruits accurately according to customer requests.
• Arranging and maintaining an attractive display of fresh fruits.
• Providing recommendations and information about different fruits to customers.
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Assisting with inventory management, including stock replenishment and rotation.
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations in the handling and preparation of fruits.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient stall operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of different fruits and their characteristics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in weighing and pricing fruits.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.

Job description

- Generate invoices and maintain proper record of invoices.
