Job Description

• Position: Warehouse Operation Assistant
• Well Established Singapore Based Seafood Processing SME
• Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm); Saturday (8:00am – 12:00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $1,800 + OT + Variable Bonus (Minimum 1 Month)

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, generate reports, and update Goods Receiving and Goods Issue in warehouse management system (WMS) accurately.
• Oversee loading & unloading of goods with contractors.
• Inspect food shipments for temperature, hygiene, quality, shelve life, labeling and marking requirements.
• Perform counts, weights, and case packs of incoming shipments to verify information against purchase orders.
• Perform put away for cargo received into proper warehouse locations.
• Perform picking internal requisitions from warehouse locations and execute internal distribution.
• Perform monthly stock taking to ensure accurate inventory.
• Operating forklift while ensuring safe handling of cargoes.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Physically fit as you are required to load and unload goods at 10-20kg.
• Possess a valid Forklift license.
• Able to commit overtime when needed.
• Able to work in a cold environment (+- 15°C).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:Manage the preschool’s correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
   Maintain accurate records and filing systems for student and staff information.
   
2. Coordination:Schedule and organize meetings or events, including parent-teacher meetings.
   Coordinate with staff, parents, and external vendors as needed.
   
3. Documentation and Reporting:Handle enrollment documentation and maintain student records.
   Prepare reports and assist in compiling data for the management team.
   
4. Financial and Inventory Tasks:Process invoices, payments, and petty cash claims.
   Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring sufficient inventory.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Preschool experience on Claim/Grant and little live App.
• Familiarity with administrative procedures in an educational setting is a plus.

• Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to problem detected
• Control further processing and delivery of non-Conforming products until the deficiency has been corrected
• Follow the procedures of Quality Management System for effective implementation and control
• Carry out other responsibilities as and when assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Training will be provided for candidate without / with less experience
