• Manage and configure infrastructure systems and applications, including Active Directory Services, data centers, video conferencing, audio systems, telephony, server storage, backups, and more. • Provide technical support for both local and overseas branch users across LAN and WAN environments, maintaining strict security standards.

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support while leading or contributing as a team member in various projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; CCNA certification is an added advantage.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in enterprise networking, including the implementation and support of WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization.
• Experienced in managing Microsoft Server 2012 and later versions, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products and services.
• Knowledgeable in internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall configurations.
• Familiar with hardware including Alcatel PABX, FortiGate devices, Cisco equipment, and Unifi Wireless Access Point Controllers.
• Strong understanding of Cyber Risk and Cybersecurity principles; knowledge of PDPA is highly desirable.
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux systems is a plus.
• Skills in API/Web Programming and Database Administration are considered an asset.
