2. Providing secretariat support
   1. Answering and replying to delegate emails
   2. Assisting and following through with delegates on their queries
   3. Assisting speaker and delegate management
   4. Co-ordinating with OIA and Rapporteur Teams
   5. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of conference
   6. Work with appointed vendors as necessary

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant experiences

• Oversee and maintain all QA/QC documentation, including certificates, test results, inspection requests, and reports on non-compliance.
• Establish inspection standards, manage testing processes, and ensure adherence to high-quality standards throughout project workflows.

• Assist the project team on QA/QC-related matters.
• Lead the establishment of a new QA/QC department to enhance quality assurance and control capabilities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and observational skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and possesses solid office administration skills.
• Able to commit to a 5.5day workweek.
