The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns and communication plans to promote the company’s corporate image, products, services, campaigns or events that align with consumer behaviour patterns and in line with business goals. He/she will work closely with internal teams to coordinate and execute plans as well as external partners where necessary.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and executing marketing and communications campaign

• Develop, launch and maintain e-commerce website for catering business

• Website and social media platform content update and content writing and photography

• Managing the production of promotional materials and marketing collateral

• Manage customer feedback

• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant functions are kept informed of the promotional campaign and marketing objectives

• Conduct competition research and market analysis to ensure pricing is optimal and menu is update

• Ensure marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline

• Manage PR for the company including preparing releases, contacting media & managing press relations

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of marketing and/or communications experience, preferably in the F&B or FMCG environment

• Excellent writing skills

• Familiarity with social media and web analytics

• Creative, resourceful and attentive to details

• Strong communications and interpersonal skills

· Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.

· Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.

· Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as participate in Exhibition and conference, etc.

· Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.

· Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.

· Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.

· Creates and presents regular performance reports for Manager and Managing Director.

· Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

· Meet clients and understand their requirements, generate quotations and see through the sales process to clinch deals

- ensure timely follow up with potential clients.

· Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

· Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.

· Any other task assigned.

Requirements:

· Experience in Construction industry may be advantageous.

· Good team development and leadership skills.

· Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

-Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
