Responsibilities include:

• Assist in daily operations
• Ensure that the restaurant and kitchen is properly maintained and clean
• Oversee food preparations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliancy
• Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks
• Resolving of conflicts in a professional way

Job Description & Requirements

• Support tender submissioin, tender document requirement review
• Support Business development activities, prequalificaiton etc required document submission to clients
• Upcoming tender monitoring, update tender list, assist sourcing for potential partners and subcons etc
• Upkeep website, presentation slides and marketing collateral etc
• Renewal and update BCA, ISO, etc cerficattion as well as Aspri, SBF, GAS etc membership
• Process new GGBS, incl. lead role in GGBS committee team
• Upkeep government authority requirements, application for grants, seminar and survey coordination etc admin works for government agencires
• Assist in BBS administration works, assist director on miscellaneous ad-hoc administration works
• Assist in MR in ISO activties
