As a Shipping cum Admin Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth

flow of shipments while contributing to the backbone of our administrative processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee all shipping paperwork.

- Check and compare rates with various forwarders/ Carriers for best quote, obtain shipping

schedules and book shipments.

- Communicate with stakeholders, monitor and tracking of shipment, including preparing of

Export Permit.

- Arrange and communicate with internal and external parties’ inquiries via phone calls and

emails in a timely and accurate manner. Handle the necessary job filing.

- Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- To assist paper work and data entry to MYOB and generate invoices where necessary.

- Visit the warehouse monthly to supervise container stuffing and ensure that all orders are

executed in an orderly and timely manner.

- Support in sourcing for new raw materials/new products as well as technology for operation

improvement.

Job Requirements

- Minimum GCE A’ level or ITE Certificate

- Minimum 2 years' experience or background in supply chain will be an advantage.

- Well versed in export shipping procedures and documentation.

- Knowledge in Letter of Credit, declaration of Export Permit and Certificate of Origin will be

beneficial but not a must.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

- Independent worker with meticulous attention to detail.

- Good communication skills.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technology and software.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners.
• Understand client preferences and travel requirements to provide tailored solutions for FIT/Group/MICE bookings.

Reservation Handling:

• Process and manage reservations for FIT travelers and group bookings with precision and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and other partners to secure bookings and ensure seamless travel experiences.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on destination information, hotel offerings, and industry trends to offer expert advice to clients.
• Assist clients in selecting accommodations, transportation, and activities that align with their preferences and budget.

Quotation and Proposal Creation:

• Prepare detailed and competitive quotations for individual and group travel.
• Develop comprehensive proposals for MICE events, showcasing our capabilities in organizing successful corporate gatherings.

Sales and Targets:

• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of reservations and client communication.
• Generate reports on sales performance and key metrics for periodic review.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry, specifically handling FIT/Group/ MICE bookings.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using reservation systems and travel-related software.
• In-depth knowledge of FIT/Group/ MICE travel trends and requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

• Create sales quotation upon request from customers or sales team.

• Order entry and follow-up with customers on the delivery dates, including system projects order entry, PO placement with source and logistics matters.

• Releasing of shipment for pick/pack. Co-ordinating with freight forwarders for pickup.

• Support Field Service on service order and billing.

• Manage quality complaints between customers and source plant.

• Update equipment parts lead time.

• Follow-up on incoming shipment (equipment parts) including system projects.

• Ad-hoc activities or administrative task as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimun GCE 'A' Level or Diploma level

• Knowledge of PC-Work (MS-Office: Excel etc.)

• SAP knowledge is preferred

• Experience with international customers

The Sales team is looking for a Senior Solutions Sales Account Executive with specialist Risk solution knowledge to sell complex Risk Management solutions and services to prospective and current customers in the ASEAN and Korea regions, and provide in-depth Products and Solutions and industry expertise to identify, develop and close deals within the assigned territory. This would typically be a limited number of the company’s products, typically a technology solution or those that are strategic in nature, as our specialists will focus on a single product or product line. You will work within an assigned sales pod(s), where defined and established, and will be called on as a solution product expert to develop and present sales proposals and solutions, demonstrate and close complex technical sales.

As a Senior Solutions Sales Account Executive, Risk Specialist, you will:

• Sell one specified software and/or solution to current and prospective customers.
• Prospect within a territory or account to uncover business needs.
• Initiate and supports lead generation activities. Qualifies leads by analyzing business drivers and technical fit.
• Develop opportunities by managing and influencing requirements to gain competitive edge.
• Creates and presents sales proposals and systems solutions to successfully communicate the value of the company’s products and services. Leverages other support resources as
  appropriate.
• Maintain effective customer relationships with key decision makers or influencer's to understand customer needs, match them with the appropriate solution(s) and close the sale.
• Implement aspects of territory and account management and development; identifies opportunities with high "close" potential, qualifies, advances opportunity through milestone steps of sales cycle and forecast time frames to close business. Works closely with support resources and executives to facilitate timely response to highly qualified, high revenue potential opportunities. Fully utilizes account planning process and tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, MIS, or other relevant discipline.
• Requires a minimum of eight years of experience in the sales, marketing, or technical support of computer software solutions (including related training products and services), computer hardware, or telecommunications software/hardware. Specific industry related experience may be considered in combination with the above requirements.
• Advanced knowledge solution development focusing on risk and finance in the financial sector
• Excellent knowledge of SAS Risk or other Risk products
• Understanding of IFRS17, IFRS9, Solvency II, Basel III & IV, Credit Risk, Risk Scoring, Stress Testing, Model Risk Management, Regulatory Risk Management, Risk Modeling &
  Decisioning, ESG, Climate Risk
• Working knowledge of company pricing and licensing procedures
• Knowledge of advanced sales techniques
• Excellent knowledge of hardware and/or software acquisitions cycles and buying influences
• Advanced skill in analyzing and evaluating territory dynamics and developing sales plans
• Expert skill in communicating technical and business concepts and relating them to SAS applications and user needs
