Position: Social Media Marketing Assistant

Role and Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage and grow our social media presence on Instagram and TikTok.

•⁠ ⁠Develop engaging short videos to promote our restaurant brands and campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Design posters, menus, and other visual content using Canva or Adobe Suite to enhance our brand’s online and in-store experience.

Preferred Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Basic video editing experience.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Canva for simple designs.

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

Involve in one or more teams in supporting and maintaining systems, up and running smoothly

• Report to the Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager and in fulfilling SLA and KPI in accordance with maintenance contractual agreement.
• Assist Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager to deliver contract obligation within budget.
• Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
• To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.
• To carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures, involving fault troubleshooting, diagnosis & replacement of equipment/module/component at sites and/or workshop.
• Liaison with procurement and equipment vendors.
• Perform 24/7 off-site standby for fault activation after office hours.
• Arrange and attend monthly meetings with customers.
• Provide engineering services such as engineering reports, supply support, configuration control and management and obsolescence management.
• Provide solutions to technical problem associate with RF communication systems.
• Work location at Ang Mo Kio or at customer premises.
• Required to travel to sites for work

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3-year experience in a similar engineering-related capacity. Fresh graduates maybe also considered.
• Positive work ethics and team player.
• Takes ownership of responsibilities.
• Thrive in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional environments
• Able to work effectively in an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Preferably with some knowledge in Data Analytics (e.g. failure trending/patterns)
• Preferably with experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines is highly preferred (Radio Communications, basic networking skills, computer/servers, embedded systems and/or UPS). Other Engineering-related experience maybe considered.
• Evident in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Power-point & Excel)
• Preferably with Class 3 Driving License

• Office hours (0830H to 1800H)
• 5 Days work week

The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of HR related tasks to support the HR department's daily operations. This role involves preparing and managing employment documentation, assisting with recruitment, manage work passes and maintaining employee records. The HR Assistant will also be responsible for ensuring new hires are seamlessly onboarded and current employees' needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Prepare and send job offers and employment contracts.
• Verify candidate references and employment history.
• Coordinate interview times between candidates and the hiring team.
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Coordinate with IT for necessary equipment and access setup.

Work Pass Management:

• Handle applications for new work passes.
• Manage the renewal process for existing work passes.

Employee Records and Documentation:

• Prepare various employment-related documents and letters.
• Maintain and update the organizational chart.
• Manage entries and updates in the NS Portal.

Performance and Evaluation:

• Manage performance evaluations and appraisal processes.

Compliance and Surveys:

• Respond to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements.

Onboarding and Exit Processes:

• Regular updates to the onboarding presentation.
• Handle applications for new work passes and manage renewals.
• Prepare and collect forms used during exit interviews.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an HR Assistant, HR Admin, or in a related HR role is a plus and highly valued.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
