• Liaison with vendors, clients, contractors and overseas DVI project teams
• Remote access work such as configuration of WTS system and client onboarding
• Execution of UAT
• End to end project documentation such as Requirements Gathering, Sensor Master List, Sensor Deployment Plan, Functional Sign-Off, UAT, Operation and Maintenance Manual.

Maintenance

• L2 client support (remote and on-site)
• L3 client support (liaison with vendor to fix bugs within vendor's system and/or activation of device RMA to vendor)
• In-depth testing of WTS vendor product functions/features to uncover bugs to be fixed
• Setup of test IoT system and environment in DVI Office (WTS hardware and software - cloud/on-prem backend and/or frontend)

Required Education/Experience:

• Open to fresh graduate from Engineering or related educational background
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in IoT Systems, Access Control, Surveillance, Building Management System, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Computer Networking or related
• Prior experience as a project engineer within the construction industry (main contractor or M&E sub-contractor) would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work on CCTV cameras and backend systems (e.g. network, server storage, Windows OS, video content analytics)
• Attend to service requests from customers promptly and professionally
• Act as single point of contact for all customer enquiries
• Liaise with relevant parties and users on the repairs and adjustments of cameras
• Carry out on-site equipment installation, testing and commissioning as required
• Liaise with principals or suppliers for spare parts
• Work with principals, suppliers, system engineers to resolve technical issues
• Conduct product demonstration to customers
• Candidate will be scheduled for on-call support rotation

Specific Responsibility:

• Performing lab-scale and pilot-level compounding of new polymer / filler systems.
• Performing injection molding to prepare the test specimen for plastic testing.
• Ensures that lab machinery is operated following established processing, quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Cleans and prepares machinery for efficient changeovers and subsequent compounding & injection molding process.
• Trouble-shoots processing problems to ensure production of quality products.
• Keep complete and accurate records of process records.
• Assists routine maintenance of machinery & auxiliary equipment.
• Maintains surrounding work area according to established housekeeping standards.
• Complies with established safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

· Support, assist other aspects of Engineering Centre operation as and when necessary.

· Diploma in Science or Engineering, preferably in material science, polymer technology or chemical engineering.

· Fresh graduate or 2 years working experience with polymer processing.

Experience in polymer compounding & injection moding will be an added advantage.

Job scope

- Carrying out Various noise monitoring and noise consultancy at workplace and construction site.

- To perform noise impact assessments (NIA), noise management plans (NMP), and workplace noise assessments.

- Carry out noise prediction by using company proprietary spreadsheets and SoundPLAN Acoustic Modeling Software

- Various noise measurements for vessel at dock site

- Measurement and analysis of whole body and hand arm vibration.

- Preparation of proposal, test methods, test plans and test report for clients.

Job Requirements

- Able to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.

- Effective communication skill with customer.

- Technical knowledge in the field, especially as it relates to acoustic engineering.
