• Support the development and implementation of a HR investigations framework to investigate employment related concerns and Non-Financial Misconduct (NFM) matters, such as grievances, allegations of unfair treatment, bullying, harassment, discrimination and victimisation (HR investigations).

• Support the assessment of investigation findings to identify systemic issues or trends and support the development of remediation plans to address the root causes of misconduct (including NFM) and prevent future occurrences.
• Lead or support projects and programmes to enhance the Bank’s management of misconduct as needed, such as the Bank’s NFM framework, in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development and enhancements of ER Case Management System.

1. Branding:

What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?

I. DAILY ACTIVITY FOLLOW UP

Ensure the management and optimization of Treasury activity for OUT currencies (33 currencies) on GEODE tool for Securities Services’ Businesses (12 Branches), over the Nostro accounts opened on Correspondent and ICSD’s books.

This process is coordinated with BNP SA Front Office, as well as with the Paris/Singapore and New York TFG Teams as per the Follow the Sun model.

Follow up on the update of Correspondent/ICSD’s conditions on Treasury’s reconciliation tool (RUBI) and ensure the correct reconciliation of Interest Scale.

Make sure that the activity is efficiently processed and associated risks are controlled accordingly. Ensure that the internal tools match the Business’ needs (coordinate any possible evolution along with the Change Management and IT teams).

Back up the team whenever is needed on daily activity.

II. BUSINESS BILLING/P&L FOLLOW UP

On a daily basis monitor the figures allowing to follow up the activity in order to establish an analytical billing at month end that will be charged to the Businesses.

Generate and justify the P&L reporting to the ALM.

Set up and Publish KPI’s.

III. TFG OPERATIONAL RISKS MANAGEMENT

Ensure the control of TFG Operational Risks through

- The update of the Operational Control Plans

- The update of the Accounting Control Plans

- The update of Procedures (XPACT)

- Ensure the completion of tasks in ORUS regarding the GCP and in COMBO regarding the daily activity follow up

IV. WORKSHOPS/MEETINGS WITH SINGAPOUR TFG AND NY TFG

Maintain a close relationship with Paris/ Singapore and NY TFG Teams, through monthly meetings in order to follow up and improve the processes in place.

As Global Process Owner, ensure the correct execution of the activity by the Follow the Sun teams, as well as the resolution of any possible conflict with the Correspondents/ICSD’s, along with the Regional Network Managers and locals ALMs.

V. TFG TEAM MANAGEMENT

Service schedule is from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm CET, Monday to Friday (bank holidays are included except the 1st of January and the 25th of December).

• Discuss ideas with the Area Manager to achieve sales targets, assist Area Manager with the implementation of ideas and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales target
• Ensure outlet compliance to all company and authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines
• Ensure outlet compliance to Company’s regulations such as sales reporting, cash management, marketing displays and inventory controls
• Train and retain outlet staff, provide feedback to the Area Manager on work performance and disciplinary issues
• Monitor outlet staff and advise on disciplinary problems such as tardiness and non-adherence to the company’s standards

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 5 year experience in shipbuilding (FPSO Construction) and marine operation will be advantageous
