The Senior Process Engineer will spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of wastewater treatment processes within our projects. This role involves managing a team of engineers, collaborating with various departments, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to advance project goals. This role requires a deep understanding of chemical, physical, and biological treatment methods, strong project management skills, and a commitment to environmental sustainability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To lead the process engineers,
- Develop detailed process designs for complex wastewater treatment projects.
- Lead pilot studies and data collection efforts to validate process concepts.
- Create process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
- Perform detailed calculations related to plant process design and prepare system operation & control philosophy.
- Work closely with multiple disciplines to ensure quality and competitive proposals are developed and delivered on time.
- Support Business Development on technical presentations and/or meetings with potential or existing clients.
- Participate in preparing the design specification, Bill of Quantity (BQ), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) and assist in selecting equipment and components.
- Assist in project implementation, including process-related document preparation and technical clarification with client.
- Participate in testing and commissioning work.
- Any other works as instructed by the company management.
