Job Responsibility:

Lead Singapore office and manage affiliated office relevant business units

Formulate and implement business strategy to achieve annual target

Engage clients and vendors for procurement and trading activities

Develop E-commerce platform for the traded commodities

Responsible for steering the company's financial management, including strategic planning，budgeting and financial performance analysis

Oversee daily business operations and risk management

Implement HQ policies and formulate local policies, optimize business processes

Allocate budget resources and manage operational cost

Oversee human resources management and functions

Prepare regular report (in Mandarin) for management

Job Requirement

Minimum 15 years of management working experiences in managing across multiple countries in Asia Pacific region (mainly China, Japan, Australia) and Europe.

Minimum 2 years of experiences in commodities E-commerce business.

Strong finance background and attained finance certification in one of the countries mentioned above

Strong leadership and excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparties in both written & spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin is required.

Willing to travel and stationed overseas based on work assignment.

• Support provision for PM’s project leading & managing activities.
• Develop standardized rules and processes of project management, such as constructing reporting structures, determine reporting contents, etc.
• Cost and Resource Coordination across business area, working closely with Program Manager and Area PM.
• Progress and issue management of BA, Operations Consultant members and Developers in the business area in charge.
• Consolidate status report within business area in charge, and reporting to Program Manager and Management.
• Coordination with stakeholders inside and outside of the business area, including Business and IT, to ensure meeting their needs and expectations.
• Negotiation with stakeholders among Business (Product Section / Operation section/ Front Office and so on) and IT in case making decision harm someone’s interest.(i.e. complete negotiation of giving up some requirement to meet deadline)

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Trade Area
• Strong leadership to not rely on Bank Employee’s instruction
• PM experiences in big projects such as core banking projects
• Experiences in bank industry as a bank employee, or experiences of service provision to bank industry as a consultant
• Preferable to have experience in package system implementation
• Skills / personalities for active communication, for engaging with stakeholders with a variety of background
