We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Brand Management: Oversee brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and project teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the construction or related industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, Google Ads, social media).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Operational Management

1. Direct work activities of Body shop employees, including their observance of deadlines and productivity levels.

a. Conduct daily brief /monitoring on attendance, productivity, workplace safety and other Body shop matters.

b. Conduct daily follow up to ensure repair jobs executed timely to meet delivery deadlines.

c. Enforce quality repair work done consistently through correct usage of tools and repairs methods.

d. Ensure in-process check and final quality inspections done to achieve zero return jobs.

e. Ensure adequate protection on customers' vehicles and their belongings treated with care.

2. Handle customer complaint and provide resolution in timely manner.

3. Enforce control on supplies/consumables usage to reduce wastage.

4. Establish/enforce procedures/tools to monitor repair progress, with recovery process in place to handle expected delays or overdue cases.

5. Identify problems, develop and introduce systems and procedures to streamline efficiencies.

6. Create/distribute periodical reports to management on repair status and Bodyshop performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring prompt responses and smooth service processes.

• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance, repair needs, and service intervals.

• Conduct test drives with customers to identify additional vehicle issues if necessary.

• Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle details on job cards.

• Provide clear service quotes and estimated time for completion.

• Inspect vehicles after repairs and ensure issues are resolved before handover.

• Manage vehicle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

• Monitor service progress and keep customers informed.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve post-repair issues.

• Handle administrative tasks such as cost estimates, billing, and job card closures.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably in automotive-related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.

• Strong ability to detect basic vehicle faults and issues.

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using computer systems to manage customer information and service orders.
