What you will be doing:

• Research business, Financial and sales conditions for all automotive business
• Strategizing planning processes and Upsell and cross-sell planning for profit maximization
• Forging new relationships and shaking up earnings structure in cooperation with stakeholders across the organization to establish greater synergy
• Conducting marketing research, Commoditizing, and providing comparison information
• Work closely with stakeholders to prepare for investment opportunities which include but are not limited to crafting proposals, due diligence preparation, and implementation plans for the automotive business
• Work closely with stakeholders and lead the initiative to strategically achieve the revenue target, across all the after-sales business units regionally.
• Oversee business performance and optimize the profit margin of the after-sales business.
• Expanding customers and building relationships through sales and service products to achieve revenue locally, and as a group.
• Illuminate risks/opportunities and anticipate necessary actions to limit risks and transform opportunities.
• Establish and implement the standardization of inspection, recondition, sales and operations Standard Operating Procedures all across the different entities across the group. Establish and implement a standardized workshop business and operational infrastructure across the regional countries.

What we are looking for:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in automotive after-sales business development, automotive parts sales & services operations, and technical knowledge.
• A Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
• Demonstrable track record of business development strategies.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in crafting, implementing, and continuously improving automotive workshop/sales workflow, sop, and best practices.
• Possess a strong sense of integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and grit to ensure that the operations are aligned to business goals and deliver the best customer experience consistently.

Responsibility

· Management of daily operations of HR personnel administrative matters

· Responsible for the delivery of efficient and accurate HR Admin processes

· Collecting, storing and managing important documentation in both electronic and hard copy format

· Preparation of employee documentation inclusive but not limited to employment contracts, employee settlement and offers of employment

· Tracking all matters pertaining to employee’s salary

· Enforcing compliance with HR policies, procedures and processes

· Maintaining up-to-date procedure manuals for all HR Administration duties

· Up-to-date on all government/employment act clauses and relay the necessary to staff

Qualification

· Degree in HR, Labor laws, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields

· Can work independently or under minimal supervision

• Able to grasp and understand business domain knowledge within a short timeframe.

• Plan, script, execute, prepare reports and statistics, communicate to users, and resolve all issues raised by users during UAT and operations.

Job Knowledge/Skills

• Experience in designing and implementing C#, ASP.NET systems using OO related concepts in N-Tier architecture will be advantageous

• 5 years of experience in Project Management of medium or large scale projects

• Experience in project delivery in systems integration

Responsibilities:

• Organise, ensure and manage the execution of projects based on the internal and client’s needs and in line with the contract, project plan and budget, in order to ensure client’s needs are met and project objectives are achieved within QHSE-S standards, within time and budget and with optimal results.
• Formulate a project plan, including deliverables, planning, budget and key functions, in line with the Contract Planning, QHSE-S standards and local laws and regulations.
• Define and compose a project team including accountabilities and expertise per team member, ensure the availability of the required means and delegate the project preparation and execution activities to the individual Project Management Team members, in line with the project plan.
• Manage or follow up the progress of the project, ensure the execution of the activities by the Project (Management) Team and third parties, take corrective measures if necessary, in line with contractual agreements and planning
• Validate the project reporting including the financial reporting, analyse non-conformities and complaints, identify and act upon opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications/Bachelor/Diploma/Master or a related discipline (or equivalent knowledge and experience)
• With minimum 8 years experience in major repairs, conversions, and mobilization of dredging and offshore vessels
• In-depth technical and operational knowledge of specialized dredging and offshore vessels
• Possess high HSE DNA skills as to drive and lead HSE performance on site
• Have contractual management, risk management, stakeholder manager-knowledge and demonstrated experience as to negotiate and implement contracts / subcontracts
• Have high people skills as to lead a versatile, multinational team of staff and crew
• Be fully skilled in Microsoft office software
• Be fully proficient in English language (reading / writing / speaking)

Job Description :

• Implementation, commissioning and training of Aptsys’ products for customers. Setup of network and Wi-Fi infrastructure as required.
• Attend daily sales and project meeting to update new issues and resolution progress.

• Where necessary, ensure that customer feedback, patch requirements and diagnosis are communicated thoroughly to Product Development team.
