• Position Title: Factory Manager
• Working Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm; Sat, 8 am – 12 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the factory, including production processes, warehouse, and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the company, leveraging industry contacts as appropriate.
• Responsible for coordination and control of production processes to maintain yield.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Manage the budget for the factory, including the cost of materials, labour, and overhead expenses.
• Train, supervise and manage the factory staff to ensure that all employees are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure that the company remains competitive.
• Address areas of non-compliance as and when appropriate in a professional manner.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing Central Kitchen operations.
• Strong background in overseeing large-scale food production.
• Familiar with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
• Familiar with factory automation and manufacturing technology.
• Working knowledge of MS Office is necessary.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

Your Impact:

• Solution Integration & Packaging: Lead the end-to-end process of combining and packaging various technology solutions into cohesive, market-ready offerings that address specific customer challenges and use cases - geo focused and industry focused.

• Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new solutions, collaborating with product, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective positioning in the market.

• Customer and Market Insight: Conduct market research and customer interviews to deeply understand target audiences, industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points, ensuring solutions are relevant and differentiated.

• Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling messaging that highlights the joint value proposition of our integrated solutions and resonates with key decision-makers across customer organizations.

• Sales Enablement: Develop and work with the sales enablement team to deliver training, sales collateral, and other enablement materials to equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell our packaged solutions.

• Campaign Management: Work with demand generation, digital marketing, and field marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our solutions.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product management, engineering, customer success, and sales to align solution packaging with customer needs, product roadmaps, and overall business objectives.

• Metrics and Optimization: Track performance of go-to-market activities, gather insights, and optimize strategies based on data-driven learnings.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Business Development Manager is responsible for business development, build trust and long term relationships with customers, work with sales and marketing team to provide broad based and niche personalised service and consistently top notch food products sourced globally.
• He/she is expected to maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan, participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development, perform market research, prospecting, develop sales strategy and meet sales targets. He/she is also responsible for managing business resources, servicing existing customer accounts and at the same time penetrating into new channels and open new accounts.
• Resourceful and analytical, he/she is required to manage resources and obtain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders. He/she is also expected to have strong leadership skills, make business decisions independently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ related experience in business development/sales managerial position in Foodservice trade with proven sales track record
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Goal-oriented, able to work independently and a team player
• Able to analyse data and business statistics and translate results into better solutions
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Experience in managing data analytics and financial reports
• Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field

· Supervising a team and ensuring smooth operation

· Responsible for the sales of products

· Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising

· Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.

· Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards

· Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

· 6 days roster based (retail hour 11am to 10pm)

· 1 weekday off
