The Order Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service to address any order-related inquiries or issues.

• Ensures timeliness of order processing and accuracy of data entry into business management systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ADMINISTRATION

• Manage registration and withdrawal of children
• Prepare and collate monthly reports and submissions to Government Agencies and Head Office
• Update and submit children’s particulars receiving subsidies and CDC Central-Based Financial Assistance Scheme for Childcare (CFAC) approval letter to Accounts Department

• Draft simple letters and correspondences

• Invoicing and collection of fees and other payments
