As a Coating Process Engineer, you will be part of the team to involve in develop, process and test materials used in manufacturing. In this exciting role, you will handle on the following scope

• Optical Thin Film Coating design to meet customer requirement
• Researching, developing and optimizing thin film coating processes geared toward solving specific customer problems and needs
• Participate in NPI project management
• Improve Process Yields / Efficiency for NPI and MP products

Your Role?

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

A Systems Engineer (Solutions)interfaces with customers and identifies their needs. A Systems Engineer (Solutions)with then work with various departments from network engineers, support and operations to ensure a plan is in motion to improve the customer's experience. A Systems Engineer (Solutions)works to balance various aspects of the project, from safety to design. Performs a subset of the system engineering activities required to develop a solution or product.

Analyses the customer’s and other stakeholders’ needs whatever the used means (e.g. advanced studies, simulations, mock-ups, models, prototypes, …)

- Formalises the specification and the architectural design to develop the sub-system

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or related discipline (essential)
• Higher degree qualifications are desirable.
• Demonstrated engineering competencies required for qualification to INCOSE CSEP (or equivalent, or ASEP) are highly desirable.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Engineering role
• Able to decipher technical scope from high level requirements
• Experience with Governmental and/or complex IT Projects
• Strong oral and written communications skills.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

• Experience working on Software Security projects

• Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality, handling and disposition

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering and Physics
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in semiconductor foundry module process
• 22/28 nanometer and below advance technology nodes experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of process development, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects related to process improvement or technology transfer
• Ability to analyze complex process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Experience skills including SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA and PMO is preferred
