Job Description

As an After-sales Technical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing all aspects of after-sales services. This includes coordinating with service engineers, preparing quotes for fault calls and repairs, and overseeing perventive maintenance contracts. You will assist with site surveys for minor projects, gather necessary information to aid the sales team in quoting, suggest site requirements for installations, power, and access, and manage distributors for projects won. Additionally, you will assist in preparing safety-related documents for preventive maintenance contracts (PMC) or minor projects. Your role is essential in maintaining strong relationship with end users and ensuring smooth operations for after-sales services.

Datawarehouse Support Engineer (EDW)

The support specialist will be a techno functional support team member for the Enterprise Datawarehouse (EDW) under IT BAU team.

He/she is responsible for ensuring system availability and timely deliverables for datamarts for various business unit like Finance, regulatory, Campaign.

The support specialist, as the analyst expert within the IT team, will be the support staff who needs to closely co-ordinate and work with various team like Tech Infra, application services, solutioning, project and business units in the bank. As a Service Engineer, you have to attend to equipment fault at customers’ premises. Liaise with the customer and sub-contractors regarding all aspect on the add-on project activities. Monitor the progress of the work done closely in order to ensure that the schedule and quality of work are met. Also to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time as per schedule for site installation or rectification of fault. To carry out periodic maintenance for our customers.

You should possess a Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in troubleshooting of card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, etc. With good interpersonal communication skills and a valid Class 3 license. Stand-by duty is required.
