An Account Executive is an experienced, motivated sales team member who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new subscription agreements with some of the largest and most reputable firms in the market, as well as, managing and growing existing client relationships. Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Executive Assistant, in hopes of developing the current high performing Secretary team. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.

Duties of Executive Assistant:

• Manage Directors’ schedules efficiently.
• Draft various documents and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate meetings and disseminate communications promptly.
• Plan business events involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential strategic projects for Senior Management.
• Lead cross-divisional team projects with effective communication.
• Assist in onboarding top executives and new joiners.
• Arrange travel logistics and handle expense reporting.
• Coordinate with drivers and manage vehicle maintenance for executive transportation.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder in any discipline
• Min 5 years of secretarial experience to Senior Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
