The Senior Operations Support Executive (OSE)/Assistant Manager (AM) assists in nonclinical administration and support operations to manage the Care Home facilities and a team to run daily administrative, operational, logisitics, maintenance, safety and security activities required to deliver the required resident services to the healthcare team and residents of the Care Home. Facility Assistants (Laundry) to ensure and maintain the proper laundering, folding and delivery of resident-related linen, clothing, curtains; maintenance of machinery, and coordinating of transport services to ensure timely exchange and delivery of soiled/clean linen. This includes management of drivers (if any).
  5. Healthcare/Facility Assistants or outsourced food vendors to ensure kitchen cleanliness, and the safe and proper management and handling of food in the kitchen.

Job Description

Managing client account and liaise with clients locally or overseas

Reconcile bank and vendor accounts, post and balance the general ledger, process payments, and support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.

Resolve accounting queries and address issues from client portfolios.

Prepare timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other supporting schedules according to company accounting policies.

Job Requirement

Minimum GCE "O" or "A" Level.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in client servicing industry.

Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients.

Experience with Audit Express or SingTax, or basic corporate secretarial work.

Possess good accounting knowledge.

Possess good time management, planning, and organizational skills.

Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and co-workers.

Join Verti Corporate as a Corporate Secretary Admin Executive, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting corporate compliance, maintaining statutory records, and assisting with regulatory filings. In this role, you will work closely with our corporate secretarial team, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to Singapore’s regulatory requirements. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling corporate matters with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the Corporate Secretary in handling a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with ACRA and other relevant authorities.

Prepare and lodge corporate secretarial documents with ACRA, such as incorporation of companies, annual returns, changes in directors, and other statutory filings.

Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records for clients, ensuring timely filing and compliance with statutory requirements.

Coordinate and prepare agendas, resolutions, minutes, and other necessary documents for board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs). - Assist with the drafting of corporate resolutions, shareholders’ agreements, and other legal documents.

Handle the submission of relevant statutory filings and ensure deadlines are met.

Assist in Know Your Client (KYC) processes, including conducting due diligence and maintaining compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Manage client communications, including responding to inquiries related to corporate secretarial matters and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Ensure proper document control, organizing and managing both digital and physical files for easy retrieval.

Support with the opening of bank accounts for clients and provide assistance with corporate changes, such as transfer of shares or director appointments.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive corporate information.

Any other ad-hoc job assigned by manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum GCE "O" or "A" Level.

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice, preferably within a CSP or professional services firm.

Familiarity with Singapore’s Companies Act and corporate governance requirements.

Knowledge of regulatory filings with ACRA via BizFile+ is highly preferred.

Experience in handling corporate filings for offshore entities is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
