Job Description

The successful candidate will provide research and administrative support for the various studies within the Office of the Provost (PVO).

The candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as he/she will work closely with academics, students, and other administrative executives. The candidate’s proficiency in multitasking and attention to detail will enable him/her to efficiently manage diverse program administrative tasks and projects within specified timelines.

The candidate will report to the director, engaging in a diverse range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Provide research and administrative support for the studies.
• Prepare and collate data, documents, updates on research milestone, results and reports related to the studies.
• Participate in the studies e.g., data collation, attending and facilitating student focus groups etc.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement overseas student recruitment plans to support enrolment targets. Focus markets include: Great China and ASEAN markets.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing and new university partners and agents.
• Involve in collaborative projects with local and international university and industry partners.
• Plan and execute outreach activities with overseas university partners, German academic partners and recruitment agents. Examples of such activities include programme info- sessions / scientific talks /education fairs physically and virtually.
• Source and evaluate suitable education fairs for branding and recruitment purposes.
• End-to-end lead nurturing and management – counsel prospective students through various offline and online platforms from the initial inquiry to enrolment.
• Provide analytical reports on the student recruitment trips and numbers.
• Review and refine the recruitment strategy based on the insights and findings and provide strategy reports to management before each admissions cycle.
• Explore and recommend education portals, sites or forums that we should actively engage overseas university students in.
• Initiate and manage alumni activities in China.
• Develop and execute inbound student immersion programs, hosting overseas students annually, and fostering potential candidates for postgraduate programs.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop materials that are required to market and support the planned events and share feedback from the social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Recognized degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of work experience, preferably in Recruitment or Sales.
• Experience in the tertiary education industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in recruitment work will be an advantage.
• Candidate must be willing to travel to Great China region and ASEAN countries.

Main Duties:

· Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for S P Jain’s Global range of corporate education programs in Singapore and other assigned regions as appropriate

· Expanding the corporate education client network in the designated regions

· Managing existing corporate network and key accounts and expanding targeted revenues from them

· Identify specific corporate education and training needs on an ongoing basis for open ended and corporate education programs.

· Coordinating with the professors to design and deliver programs.

· Ensuring optimum visibility & merchandising of brands

Brand Management:

This position responsible for the organization’s overall IT infrastructure, operational management, and related projects that supports in daily operations. Models and acts in accordance with organisation’s guiding principles.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure that all IT Infrastructures, operations, and security services operate smoothly without interruption

• Deal with Tier 2/3 problem-solving in a timely efficient manner

• Availability for 24x7 standby on critical issues/incidents

• Maintain and administer IT Infrastructure Systems/Network, Cyber Security Services, clouds, and other off premises hosted environments.

• Improvise overall IT Infrastructure's services management, ensuring proactive monitoring & action plan are taken and implemented accordingly.

• Review and ensure Network/Systems is compliant with IT Security, including firewall management, vulnerability assessment, firmware upgrade, and etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

o cloud technology, particularly Microsoft 365, MS Azure, Google Cloud and/or AWS

o Antivirus, patch management, vulnerability assessment and management.

o Microsoft System Administration, including active directory, Azure AD, DNS, and etc.

o LAN,WAN,VLAN,SDWAN design, implementation, and operation is an added advantage

• Infrastructure IT services management in SLA management, proactive monitoring, mitigation action plans, preventive plan, change management, and other IT governance and processes.
