Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team ManagementLead, mentor, and manage a team.
   Set team goals and ensure the team meets performance targets.

   Regularly review client accounts to ensure optimal service delivery and address any gaps.

4. Sales and Revenue ManagementDrive sales growth by developing tailored solutions for key clients.
   Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set for key accounts.
   Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
   Track the performance of key accounts and adjust strategies to meet financial goals.
   
5. Market and Competitor AnalysisMonitor and stay updated on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
   Provide insights and recommendations to improve the company’s position in the market.
   Use market intelligence to anticipate client needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
   
6. Account Planning and ReportingPrepare and deliver reports on account performance to senior management.
   Track KPIs such as sales growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
   Conduct regular account reviews to measure progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
   
7. Budgeting and Financial PlanningPrepare budgets and forecasts for key account activities.
   Manage financial aspects of key accounts, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
   Monitor expenses related to key account management and optimize resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

Account Receivables

· Prepare and issue invoices and relevant accounting records

· Response to customers’ queries

· Follow up on collection

Account Payables

Procurement (Cover)

· Processing purchase requests

· Accepting and sorting deliveries

· Delivery to requestors

Performing other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy or Finance

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar function

· Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors

· Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures

· Excellent customer service skills

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & NetSuite Oracle

· Advanced MS Excel skills
