The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services. This role involves market research, campaign management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research:

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Gather and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies.

Campaign Development:

• Assist in the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop marketing materials.

Content Creation (We have other content creators here so this would not be a big part of your responsibilities):

• Write and edit engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to inquiries.

Event Coordination:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure successful event delivery.

Performance Tracking:

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate campaign success and areas for improvement.

Budget Management:

• Assist in the management of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Track expenditures and provide insights on cost-effective marketing solutions.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Lead Generation:

• Identify and research potential clients through networking and industry events.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Sales Presentations:

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and pain points of clients.

Research supports the development and implementation of programmes and services through rigorous evaluation, research, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and programme evaluations to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with programme executives to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
• Drive initiatives that promote evidence-based practice and effective service delivery.
• Curate and communicate resources to support data-informed decision-making within the organization.
• To support the research work in CampusImpact by planning and implementing research projects that would include:

a) Preparing survey questions

b) Collecting data

c) Analysing data

d) Preparing reports for management to summarise findings and make recommendations

• Prepare progress reports
• Assist in preparation of grant proposals and reports to funders
• To provide administrative or logistical support for special projects or events
• To act in all respect according to the reasonable instructions and directions given to you by the Executive Director.
• You shall abide to all legal and appropriate directions, rules and practices set out in the constitution of CampusImpact and the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor’s in Marketing or any related courses
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• High communication and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

• Average Monthly Gross Salary: $5,000 - $6,000
• Public Holidays: Get extra pay for working on public holidays /off in lieu
• Sales Commission: Earn 4% commission on sales! For example, if you make $35,000 in sales, you'll earn an additional $1,400 in commission,and Extra incentives for selling insoles – earn $400 for 20 insoles sold!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Management and Leadership:

• Assist the Finance Manager to oversee and manage the finance team, fostering consistent and accurate financial management practices.
• Identify and nurture potential team leaders to strengthen leadership within the department.

Funding Monitoring and Reconciliation:

• Maintain a consolidated funding schedule for all programs to provide a comprehensive overview of expected grant income.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of funding receivables against quarterly grant claims to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Budget and cashflow Management:

• Drafting budget and monitoring of budget utilization.
• Manage and optimize cash flow and ensure effective donor fund utilization.

Reporting and Forecasting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Accounting Functions:

• Perform a full spectrum of accounting functions in compliance with accounting standards and financial policies.

Auditing and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to finance, audit and tax regulations

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or similar certification is a plus).

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting management, preferably in a non-profit or similar sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software, especially Microsoft Business Central 365.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
