This Talent Management role is responsible for creating and implementing integrated strategies that enhance talent performance, development, and engagement. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development roles.
• Strong knowledge of talent management practices and learning program design.
• Ability to integrate talent development and learning strategies seamlessly.
• Proficiency in HRIS and LMS platforms.
