Senior Growth Marketing Specialist
12 months fixed-term contract
As the Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll be working with the APAC division of one of the largest video-sharing platforms with a growing community of video creators and consumers. Your work is instrumental in identifying opportunities to develop the Creator Community in the region, and will result in more Creators considering video-sharing as a platform for growing their audience and expressing their creativity.
You’re someone with an experimentation mindset and will be leading growth marketing initiatives to accelerate creator growth and retention in key markets. Working closely with product marketing managers, data scientists, strategists and experts, you will be evolving our approaches and providing growth hacks and solutions to transform the business.
Role:
- Develop acquisition and retention strategies to drive product adoption and growth via our own and operated platforms (e.g. in-app notifications, email)
- Analyze marketing and product funnels to identify opportunities and build audience segmentation, to drive step-changes in creator and revenue growth
- Define marketing channel mix and use lifecycle marketing principles to create personalized and engaging experiences for creators
- Design and execute campaign strategy by working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to develop creatives and content
- Generate and structure plans to execute on projects, manage project priorities and allocation of resources within the project
- Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs for growth and lifecycle marketing campaigns, such as product adoption rate, open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, retention rate, churn rate, etc
- Collaborate with global, regional, local and cross-functional teams to design growth experiments and A/B testing initiatives, leveraging user feedback and behavioral data to inform iterative improvements and optimize the product-market fit.
- Stay informed about, communicate, and apply new or current trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing strategy
- Strong understanding of growth concepts, user journey optimization and experimentation frameworks with hands-on experience of developing marketing campaigns based on personas and segmentation cohorts
- Creative expertise, understanding of creative strategy and production process
- Understand of attribution of marketing data (e.g. multi-touch attribution, cannibalization optimization, marginal efficiency, etc)
- Strong project management, ability to work across project teams on several projects at once, and previous experience working with agencies
- Sensitive to data with strong analytical skills, maintains curiosity and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, ability to cope with work pressure, have top-level awareness and ability to pinpoint and overcome challenges
Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in technological industry or deep understanding of the technological landscape
- Some knowledge of programming languages (e.g. SQL) and markup language (i.e. HTML)
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentations skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support with the projects spanning across JAPAC.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, deep understanding of marketing measurement and revenue models (e.g. LTV, ROI etc)
- Passion for the web video/video-sharing ecosystem and digital culture. Understand video-sharing platform, its creators and identify opportunities to celebrate the creator community
