Job Description

• Involve in negotiations, evaluating quotations/tender submissions, and preparing Purchase Requisition & PO.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary F&B. inventories and supplies needed to meet the day to day operation.
• Review stock inventory to ensure sufficient stock level is maintained.
• Co-ordinate with internal departments/vendors/logistic to track deliveries and verify on quantity & quality of received items.
• Work closing with the kitchen and /or other internal customers on their requisition and supplies need.
• Ensure purchasing functions complied with club policy and standard operational manual.
• To take minutes for the Procurement Sub-Committee meeting
• Oversee the purchasing and receiving team.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar managerial position
• Preferably with experience in hospitality/F&B industry
• Strong in communication and negotiation skills
• Possess positive working attitude
• Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Preferably with knowledge of Material Control System and Club Management Software

. Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use

. Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed

. Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date

. Valid driver's license.

. Clean driving record.

. Special licenses may be required to operate certain vehicles.

. Experience may be required or preferred,and more than 5 years of work experience

. Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.

. Strong time management and customer service skills.

. Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.

. Attention to detail.

· Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

· Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

· Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

· Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

· At least 4 years of experience

· Greet each guest, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive experience.

· Work as a team and cooperate with other colleagues

· To perform foot reflexology treatments following the established protocols, and allotted treatment times.

· Explaining foot reflexology, treatments, and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.

· Background in holistic healing, such as meditation and aromatherapy, is a plus

· Follow company rules and regulations
