We are looking for proactive marine service engineer who are familiar with 2-Stroke & 4-Stroke Engines, Engine Components Overhaul and maintenance, general mechanical dismantling and assembly works.

Job Description:

· Inspect, diagnose and troubleshoot and carryout repair, maintenance or reconditioning of marine engines 2 & 4

Stroke Main/Aux Engines, Crankshaft & Camshaft Replacement and other onboard machinery.

· Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and provide technical assistance.

· Performing on-site repairs, maintenance and reconditioning jobs onboard the vessels in shipyards, ports,

anchorage or voyage and offshore with the team of service technicians.

· Carry out removal and installation work onboard vessels and general servicing and repair in the workshop.

· Interact with customers during the work execution.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Marine or Engineering related field.

· At least 5 years relevant experience within the engine overhaul industry.

· Be able to work on board vessel's engine room environment, Shipyards, Anchorage etc and travel overseas for

assignments.

· Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

· Possess positive and responsible attitude towards work.

· Able to work with other specialists of the same or lower skill level and successfully complete projects.

Job Description:

• Conduct global structural analyses, including Ultimate Limit State (ULS), Accidental Limit State (ALS), and global fatigue analyses (FLS) for fixed and floating offshore platforms.
• Develop structural design specifications and provide precise fabrication and construction guidelines.
• Prepare detailed structural analysis reports for foundations, support structures, lifting operations, sea fastening, load-out, and dry/wet tow operations, ensuring adherence to classification society standards.
• Perform collision analyses to evaluate structural impacts and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with classification societies for design and analysis approvals.
• Ensure structural designs comply with offshore wind industry standards and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural designs with other engineering disciplines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or Civil Engineering (minimum).
• At least 10 years of experience in Marine & Offshore projects, including conceptual studies, FEED, and detailed design.
• Proficiency in finite element methods and engineering software such as SESAM, SACS, etc.
• Experience or knowledge in wind farm foundations, offshore substations/structures, and floating wind design/analysis is highly desirable.

Job Description:

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• Report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must have the strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurance system.
• Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• Manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works.
• Implement and sustain the site supervision quality & safety assurance system
• Ensure that proper site documentation for on-going works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shopdrawings, as built submissions, etc are well managed.

Requirements:
