Job Description:

• To assist WSH Officer to administer and implement an effective workplace safety and health management system in accordance with prevailing legislation.
• Identify any unsafe condition or unsafe act which is carried out in the worksite.
• Ensure compliance of operation with workplace safety and health regulations and statutory requirements.
• Implement and monitor the Risk Assessments.
• To investigate of any workplace accident and advise on the remedial measures to be taken to prevent any recurrence.
• Promoting Workplace Safety and Health awareness among workers by organizing compaigns, training course, and etc.
• Participate in safety committee inspection and meeting.
• Conduct safety inspections regularly to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to MOM safety requirements.
• Enforce all WSH requirements and in-house rules and regulations.
• To follow up on necessary actions to ensure compliance with ISO and OHSAS standards.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health and/or other relevant certificates.
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Willing to work 5.5 days work week; 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs from Mondays to Fridays and 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs on Saturdays

Due to growth, we’re looking for experience Accounts Assistant to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties:

• Process all incoming cheque.
• Update daily bank transactions (AR & AP) into system.
• Fully in charge of petty cash reimbursement.
• In-charge of AP (invoices, expenses claim, payment, etc) and AR (receipts, DN, CN, etc)
• Manage month end closing activities which include reconciliation process.
• To perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in accounting /finance.
• Minimum 1 – 2 year relevant working experience.
• Proficient in M/S office and accounting software (Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Able to multi task, work independently and as a team within tight deadline.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal skills and details oriented.
• Able to commence work in a short period.
