What the role is

The Waste Infrastructure Management Department (WIMD) under the Infrastructure Operations & Management Division (WIOMD) oversees the availability of national waste disposal and incineration capacity, manages private waste facilities, waste disposal accounts and revenue collection by the Waste-to-Energy (WTE) plants and Tuas Marine Transfer Station.

What you will be working on

Candidate Requirements:

• Possesses at least a Diploma in Real Estate/Building/Facilities Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Possess 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar capacity with working knowledge in shopping mall or commercial building’s maintenance, fire safety and security system, local codes, and regulations.
• Able to interact with various stakeholders from all levels.
• A team player who is proactive, result oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills, able to work independently and perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
