The day-to-day activities:

• Define and own the vision, strategy, goals and roadmap
• Dive deep into our data to identify the biggest opportunities to optimize our systems to benefit Users and Grab.
• Own project delivery, feature development and experimentation end-to-end, including creating detailed product & business requirements, driving cross-functional execution, sharing insights and learnings across the org, and ensuring stakeholder visibility
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics and data science to define an ambitious product strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering great experiences for users.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, other Product teams, and regional/country teams on go-to-market strategies and execution.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Drive light-duty trucks or vans to load goods from where to where.
2. Ensure the safety and integrity of goods during transportation by taking necessary protective measures to prevent damage or loss of goods.

Student Recruitment Operations

• To work with the Lead, Local Engagement, to manage and support the development of local student recruitment efforts for the institute by promoting the SIM brand-name and planning local student recruitment strategies.
• To attend to customers’ enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, live chat, etc and look into the customer’s needs and requirements so as to recommend suitable education pathway
• To assist customer in programme application and checking for documentations to support the turnaround time for admissions processing
• To build strong product knowledge, comply with work policies and procedures and continuously improve customer service skills
• To comply with quality standards set for the department

Leads Management

• To follow up on all leads assigned on a timely basis
• To prepare and maintain leads follow-up reports

Project Management (Online SIM in-House Programmes)

• To handle enquiries for all online SIM in-house programmes via all touchpoints
• To follow up on all online SIM in-house programmes leads for conversion

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma with 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in sales, marketing or customer service
• Experienced in Customer Service and Sales conversion processes
• Good understanding of the higher education industry in Singapore
• Able to work on flexi-hours and Saturdays (9am – 1pm)
• Well-developed diplomacy skills and ability to handle expansive and diverse customers
• Pleasant and patient personality with excellent service mindset
• Good interpersonal skill with a high level of initiative and drive

Preparation

• Learn the operation process of the bakery department

- Advance preparation, weighing is done accurately, check extensibility and following the daily mixing schedule

• Dividing - Understanding the characteristics of each dough and able to perform troubleshooting

• Shaping - Understanding the amount of portion filling, roll up without damaging the dough, shape properly and according to the procedure

• Baking - Understanding and following the baking procedure and process

• Filing - Can weight correctly and understand the expiration date of each filling

• Sanitation – Understand and follow the correct cleaning procedures

• Other duties – Any ad-hoc duties as required by the manager such as housekeeping

ACCOUNTABILITES

• Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Support the implementation of regulatory standards and controls within Student Records (SR) processes; compile reports/documents necessary to support all regulatory reporting/audits.
• Centralised Services: Plan, execute activities necessary for the team to provide centralized services. These include Student’s Pass (STP) processing, TransitLink PEI-Student concession card for eligible students, verification of qualification and processing of Personal Data Protection-related queries.
• Audits: Prepare and ensure readiness of documentations to support all internal and external audits on SR department.
• Student Records Management: Maintain student-related records, including document keeping, in accordance to established SR processes.
• Student Records Policies and Procedures: Provide and compile inputs to the review of SR policies and procedures to meet operational/annual review requirements.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Recommend and implement improvements to SR processes to address new business requirements/user experience and in achieving operational efficiency.
• Budgeting: Monitor and manage the annual budget of SR department for budget items assigned by Supervisor and/or Managerial Leader.
