RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure in-house technicians and any contractors have met the workplace, safety & health and fire safety regulations upon carrying out any rectification or replacement work.

Job Purpose

To manage the overall Supply Chain operations in the company:

• Identifying and qualifying supplier, source and periodic price negotiation for direct and indirect supplies so as to expand supplier base and reduce company cost.

• Provide periodic alert and updates to customer (internal/external) to ensure any issues/delays are promptly highlighted and necessary actions are taken

Warehousing

• Manage warehouse team to ensure timely receiving/issuance of materials

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a supply chain management role would be an advantage.

The role is for the position of VP – identity and Access Management Systems within Information Technology Department under Asian Systems Office.

The successful candidate will be part of a growing dynamic regional team that is in charge of IT development and support functions for the APAC region. This role provides oversees development and maintenance of ASO’s Identity and Access Management System (IAMS).

The candidate will need to understand ASO’s Identity and Access Management System (IAMS) and oversees development and maintenance of this system to meet business and compliance needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work as a technical expert with clients, analysts, programmers and other team members to develop solutions within IAMS.

• Maintain administrative tasks related to volunteer management, such as maintaining of accurate volunteer records, managing databases and handling relevant correspondence.
• Plan and execute volunteer appreciation events and initiatives, including acknowledgements on social media.
• Coordinate and manage special assignments or projects involving volunteers, such as facilitating research studies, school projects or interviews with volunteers.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in volunteer management to enhance efficiency and volunteer satisfaction.
• Be available to work on ad hoc weekends to support community events and ensure smooth operation of programs.
• Attend to any other responsibilities and duties assigned by the reporting officer.

Job Holder Requirements and Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Certifications in management, social services or related field would be advantageous.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in volunteer management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description:

• Handle all customer service-related matters at the counter
• Provide excellent customer service, attend to tenant and shopper enquiries and feedbacks
• Promote loyalty program and related activities
• Assist in voucher sales, mall redemptions, reward program and any other marketing activations as required
• Support Marcom in promotional activities, events and loyalty program as required
• Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Handle customer's enquiries & complaints

Requirement:

• Min GCE N Level qualification
• Min 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CMS will be an added advantage
• Fluent in English
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work rotating shift, weekends & Public Holidays

Job Type: Part-time/ Temp 1 month

Pay: $11 per hour

Expected start date: 15 Dec 2024 to 15 Jan 2025 (Can be extended)

6 days a week

Schedule:

• Morning Shifts 10am to 6pm
• Mid Shifts 12pm to 8pm
• Afternoon Shifts 2pm to 10pm
