• Provide technical support to the field sales force; respond to their technical and application questions and provide competitive and appropriate product information, and produce reports and technical data on competitive products, as well as our own products’ performance. Develop and conduct product training to field sales force and others as needed.
• Develop regional value selling documents for key products taking local competitive situation into consideration.
• Actively explore new methodology to leverage on digital platform to maximize market reach and growth in the region
• Develop product go-to-market programs to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals.
• Develop New Product launch plan.

Job Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or any related field of study
• Min.2-5 years of working experience handling both hands-on instrument calibration of commercial capacity and in regional product sales scope
• Knowledgeable in electrical products, Test & Measurement applications and manufacturing capabilities
• Knowledge of marketing management, new product planning and sales forecast principles, methods, and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
• Proven analytical capabilities to enable competitive assessment, market research, strategic planning.
• Comfortable with frequent traveling for work business purpose
