Job Description:
As Frontend Central Product Integration Engineering (CPIE) team at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for leading new initiatives to deliver pioneering process capability, best-in-class bits per wafer (Yield) with the highest quality and fastest speed through innovation and collaboration with mutli-functional teams. Your primary focuses include but not limited to:

• Initiate new data solutions and methodologies to:
1) identify process, test, and design improvement opportunities;
2) modeling, monitoring and aiming for tool performance benchmarking;
3) Process equipment prognostics and process integration optimization;
4) Identity test optimization opportunities for high product grade yield improvement.
• Collaborate with site Process & Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing(MFG), Product Integration Engineering (PIE) and Data Science (DS) team to establish feasibility of new initiatives, demonstrate business values, and prototype solution mock-ups;
• Partner with Global Quality (GQ), Product Engineering (PE), Central PEE(CPEE), Smart Mfg Artificial Intelligent (SMAI), Technology Development (TD), and Suppliers to deliver end to end solutions, implement BKM development and deployment to production.

Requirement and Technical Competency:

Position Summary

This position will be responsible for leading the implementation projects of new distribution centers and warehouse operations to support geographical expansion initiatives or network redesign in APAC. Plays a lead role in the negotiation, evaluation and implementation of service provider contracts and service agreements. Works cross-functionally to ensure logistics processes, practices and initiatives comply with global standards. Enhances product workflow by analyzing, developing and implementing logistics plans that have a positive impact on production, distribution and inventory in the region. Identifies underperforming areas, stakeholders, root causes and generates corrective actions. Serves as a liaison to other functional departments including trade compliance, regulatory, environmental, finance, customer service, GIS, procurement and legal to target productivity metrics and business continuity.

Position Responsibilities

• Leads the implementation projects of new distribution centers and warehouse operations to support geographical expansion initiatives
• Leads evaluation, negotiation and implementation of 3PL service provider contracts and service agreements, to include operation start-ups and transitions
• Updates and maintains Standard Operating Procedures with 3PL service provides
• Works with regional management to ensure logistics spend meets forecast and budget
• Collaborate closely with market expansion and commercial teams to deliver business case submissions for geographic distribution models
• Implement Quality Policy and objectives for the global logistics organization
• Establish and maintain global logistics procedures, work instructions & job aids in compliance with the Quality System

Position Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience in roles that demonstrate significant end-to-end logistics and distribution process oversight/leadership
• Excellent, hands on knowledge of Quality System Regulation (QSR), Quality System Inspection Technique Audits (QSIT), FDA 21 CFR 820 Good Manufacturing Practices & Good Distribution Principles (GMP/GDP), ISO13485 & ISO9001

As FE CPIE (Central Product Integration Engineering) HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) PI Senior Manager at Micron Technology, Inc.

You will be responsible for providing leadership to the global Micron network to drive leading edge HBM Product yield, quality improvement, new product introduction (NPI) through technical expertise, business process management and project execution, collaborating with Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and US team, driving product maturity within a defined schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities and Tasks

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP

• Work with FAB to drive for best-in-class (BIC) Yield ramping.
• Work with key business partners to develop strategic Process Integration tools, systems, methodologies, capabilities and roadmaps. Ensure such support and roadmaps meet business expectations to enable achievement of strategic objectives and Micron’s business plan.
