NTi has its own fully equipped membrane R&D center and manufacturing base in Singapore to produce high-performance hollow fiber membranes.

- Membrane Production Intern
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This position is designed for a diploma student looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As an intern, you will work closely with our production team, contributing to various stages of the membrane manufacturing process while learning industry best practices.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in day-to-day production operations of polymeric membranes.
- Support the setup and calibration of production equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collect and analyze production data, reporting any deviations or issues.
- Assist in quality control checks and testing of finished products.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with the production team on troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges.
- Draft standard operating procedures, including risk assessments of tasks, and safe work flows.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma in manufacturing or production, or chemical engineering.
- Basic understanding of industrial manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
