The One-Stop Information & Service Centre (OSISC) serves the hawkers in stall tenancy matters, manages the outsourced service centres and kiosks, as well as leverages service technology and supports customer digital adoption.

[What you will be working on]

As a Senior Customer Care Consultant under the OSISC, you will be responsible to carry out the full spectrum of customer service duties. You will get to meet people from all walks of life and be part of a dynamic team in handling walk-in customers and feedback from customers at the Centre. This role reports to the Head of Infrastructure and expected to be deployed into a project to deliver end-to end infrastructure expertise from Implementation until Operations

The role is expected to work as part of the project implementation team, leveraging on his infrastructure expertise, to deliver a turn-key cybersecurity project to the customer. As part of the implementation, you will be expected to understand the infrastructure of the project, provide operations excellence suggestions, develop operations document and eventually translate into the infrastructure operations lead within the project to bring up-to-skill, the infrastructure operations team

This role requires you to have a good and wide understanding of difference infrastructure solutions, as well as relevant experience in an infrastructure operations role. You need to have a desire for improvement using modern technologies and techniques such as automation and devops. This role exposes the person to an end-to-end project from design all the way until operations

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the project implement team to design and deploy the infrastructure components to a turn-key project
• Help work on technical documentations during the project, including project implementation documents as well as operational documents
• Work closely with the eventual Operations Manager to operationalise and optimise the infrastructure operations within the project
