Team Summary
The Solutions team in Visa Cross Border Solution is responsible for Discovery & Implementation of New customers whilst helping existing clients on upsell/upgrade projects. This means working closely with Business teams to fully understand client requirements, then craft and validate the proposed solutions prior to signing. Once approved, delivering on the agreed solution and managing changes that may occur.
What a Solutions Consultant does at Visa:
Ensuring client requirements is captured and a full understanding of the proposed solution / workflow before a client is signed,
Consulting and guiding prospects and client on how to best use and ingest our products and services into their operational workflows and solutions, tailoring each proposed solution according to the client’s strategic and go-to market plans,
Troubleshoot issues by developing a deep understanding of how our product works,
Guiding clients to implement Visa offerings into their system and ensuring changes in workflow are understood internally and externally,
Advocating for client’s views internally and driving continuous product improvements based on client feedback.
Enabling Solutions Consultants and New Business peers with product / technical knowledge, providing coaching for junior members of the team on hard and soft skills.
Contributing to our support documents to ensure they’re clear and accurate, and research and write new content to fill any gaps,
Keeping abreast of our competition, product development, and changes to the ecosystem.
This role is based out of Singapore Hub and supports Asia Pacific markets. The role will report to Head of Solutions, APAC for Visa Cross Border Solutions.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
