The key responsibilities of the role include: - Focus on resolution of complex investment accounting transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and/or processes. - Ensures that team/division's goal for accuracy and timeliness is maintained. - Analytically and procedurally competent, representing the team on client valuation reporting and projects deliverables - Escalates relevant and critical issues to management and all pertinent partners/clients in a timely and efficient manner. - Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor other junior level employees. - More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas. - May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role). Skills/ Qualifications: The successful candidate will benefit from having: - Experience in financial industry operations environment or through advanced degree. International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) knowledge is required. - Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards is preferred. - Client communication, presentation, and consulting experience is preferred. - Knowledge of financial industry operations and accounting procedures. - Knowledge of investment accounting and financial instruments, specifically related to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), usually obtained through related course work or prior related experience is required to review reports for exceptions. - Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, or similar professional qualification is a plus. - Analytical skills are required to research and resolve inquiries. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Global (Asia Pacific) market practice knowledge is mandatory. What a Client Resolution Consultant does at Visa:

As a consultant, you are responsible for providing operational assistance to Clients and their line(s) of business, managing a wide range of moderately complex problems of diverse scope, identifying opportunities to improve Client performance along with the appropriate courses of action, and driving issues as well as opportunities through to completion. This role requires you to provide consultation level expertise to internal and external clients on Digital Products such as Visa Token Services, Visa APIs, Visa Secure or 3DS and Visa Developer Platform.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve queries relating to the Application Programming interface (API), XML files, SOAP REST and JSON messages to support System Interface

• Identify, troubleshoot, manage, and resolve moderately complex technical, processing, application usage, or business issues to exceed customer expectations, interfacing with Product Development, Product Management, and Operations teams.

• Act as the voice of the client to other internal groups, including the Product and Technical teams.

• Proactively resolve, own, and manage stakeholder communication on all business and technical problems on digital products.

• Understand customer needs, business requirements as well as priorities to develop solutions and recommendations based on business needs.

• Stay current with industry and client trends and maintain a strong knowledge of Visa products and services.

• Support biannual business enhancements and all Visa mandates.

• Work proactively with Clients to identify operational efficiencies, determine customer impacts and required actions, and collaborate with Client on ongoing status through completion.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand Client objectives and to seek out solutions.

Position Summary

Responsible for monitoring the digital asset custody technology stack to ensure the stack is operational 24x7, stable and has sufficient capacity. Provide timely root cause analysis of platform and application incidents, involving the key resources as needed, so we can quickly restore normal operation.

Building out automated solutions for complex operational problems using industry best practice and cloud native technologies. Actively seek out innovative solutions towards operational excellence and coordinate proactively with development, operations, and the wider platform team to improve system availability, security, performance, and maintainability.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous, scalable and robust operation of our production environments. 
• Collaborate closely with the development teams in a fast-paced delivery environment to foster SRE mindset as part of software development process. 
• Codify and rollout shared tooling and process/service to enable development teams continuously delivery new features while improving non-functional requirements such as system availability, security, performance, and maintainability. 
• Working with development and DevOps to ensure the appropriate level of component redundancy and infrastructure capacity is in place.
• Proactively analyse events and provide ongoing recommendations to incorporate process improvements to prevent service impacting incidents.
• Manage Level 1 through to Level 3 production support.
  

• 2+ years in SRE or Production Support within experience in the financial industry, or managing business critical systems requiring 99.9% uptime.
• Proven background in hands-on production / application support.
• Expert proficiency in Linux, Shell Scripting, Monitoring and Instrumentation tools.
• Comfortable working with developer tools such as GIT, JIRA and Notion.
• Familiar with Node JS, MariaDB/MySQL and managing automated build/deployment pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Ansible).
• Familiar with Kubernetes clusters
• Strong problem-solving skills and be a confident communicator.
• Ability to work independently and comfortable to tight schedules.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related subjects.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
