Implementation of sales strategies to achieve Business objectives

• Conduct regular market screening to understand consumers’ behavior and the factors affecting buying decisions.
• Conduct regular scan and report on competitors, industry/sectorial trends and government initiatives.
• Provide timely feedback and suggestions qualitatively and quantitatively on the campaigns launched.

Lead Management

• Maintain an updated & presentable sales kit of the assigned programmes.
• Provide professional advice and service to prospective students /parents.
• Establish first contact and subsequent follow-up with all inquiries as per Lead Management guidelines.
• Regularly monitor sales pipelines sufficiency.
• Provide weekly Lead & Recruitment Report.

Student Outreach & Support

• Execute recruitment-cum-awareness driven activities.
• Provide support during company / participating events.
• Establish and maintain good service relationship with new/ existing students to achieve recruitment target.

Teamwork

• Act as covering officer during colleague’s absence

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline
• 2 - 7 years of working experience
• Self-motivated and result-driven individual.
• Project professional image with strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Service-oriented and flexible, able to engage with a range of prospective customers across various programme levels.
• Enjoy meeting people and working in a fast-paced working environment.

• Willingness to work in shifts between 8.30am to 7.30pm (based on roster)

• Investigating and resolving production issues related to Oracle Tuxedo middleware platform
• Troubleshooting technical issues reported by customers
• Developing scripts for verifying the correct operation of integrations
• Performing data imports/exports and maintenance of third-party integrations
• Designing and developing distributed applications using Oracle Tuxedo middleware platform
• Writing efficient, scalable, and reliable code in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or COBOL to implement application logic
• Configuring and managing the Oracle Tuxedo environment, including setting up application servers, managing resources, and optimizing performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and database administrators, to gather requirements, design application architecture, and ensure seamless integration
• Developing and maintaining documentation for applications, including code comments, technical specifications, and system configurations
• Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the applications meet functional and performance requirements
• Conducting performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Tuxedo applications
• Keeping up to date with the latest Oracle Tuxedo platform updates, technologies, and best practices in distributed application development
• Providing technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and software development best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing distributed applications using Oracle Tuxedo middleware platform
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or COBOL
• Familiarity with middleware concepts, distributed computing, and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Tuxedo applications
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

Job Duties

• Ensuring a high level of quality in the services and deliverables provided by the company
• Involved in the quality assurance and service level agreement of maintenance projects
• Actively assisting maintenance customers to monitor issues, changes, and handle queries they have
• Work with the technical team to ensure that all fixes for maintenance projects are delivered on time
• Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Liaising with clients to discuss and identify their project requirements
• Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems that arises during project delivery
• Actively engaging customers to find out their level of satisfaction with the services provided
• Initiate processes to improve the service level provided by the company
• Analyze, remove, and proactively prevent roadblocks across team to meet quality standards, project milestones, and business objectives
• Ensure project output consistently meets requirements and standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in IT Software or related field.
• Certifications in Project Management are advantageous.
• Working knowledge in MS Office, Project Management and Visio.
• Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
