Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible to lead the teams of production operators and technicians to meet daily production targets, schedule and quality standard.
• Plan workflow on the production teams and achieve the production target.
• Draw up duty roster for operators and technicians; allocating work and plan & authorize the overtime accordingly.
• Work closely with production planner to meet the on time shipments schedule.
• Work with various departments / engineering group in cross functional efforts to resolve the production related issues.
• Compilation and monitor the monthly production OEE and wastage report.
• Analyses and determine the production losses & high wastage causes, and ensure that the necessary corrective / preventive action is taken when necessary.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process and quality system.


Secondary Responsibilities:
• Ensure the effective communication between shifts.
• Ensure the safety standard and GMP practices is followed strictly.
• Motivate and guide the operators and technicians, maintain discipline and manage their performance appraisals.
• Responsible for safety, department housekeeping & security management of the production floor.
• Ensures that all accident cases in his department are investigated and recorded. Provide the investigated accident report to Safety committee.
• Identify the training programs for new technician, so that they are affectively utilized and developed.

Competency / Job Requirements:
• Possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 year relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Good exposures in Manufacturing Processes and Handling Working Team
• Must be able to analyse and use data to continuously improve processes
• Must understand current manufacturing methods and best practices

· Clean and wash utility production containers

· Support to general maintenance (cleaning) of production areas

· Disposal of any empty containers and trash material and any scrap i.e. broken pallets

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct records of the Fixed Assets and and-on-time accounting bookings as per the Global Accounting routines and local legislation. Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal and tax requirements
• Secure correct bookings of the inter-company transaction invoices and all regular expenses during the month of accurate budget follow up. Check and make correct and on-time payments and bank reconciliation as well as Petty Cash Control
• Support the colleagues with information and guidance concerning Accounting Routine, such as expenses claim submission and incoming invoice coding.
• Carry out Accounts Payable duties including checking expenses claim, prepare outgoing payment, maintaining claim system and monthly and yearly closing activities and on time filling of Withholding Tax and GST to IRAS
• Support Manager/Accountant Statutory Auditors to provide local tax authorities with all required information and actions when requested.

Key Requirements:

• 1–3-year experience in Accounts
• Knowledge of accounting/finance and of local tax legislation.

As the Admin Executive in our Global Mobility team, you will be working to provide exceptional support service to the Company's immigration project clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Company's client schedules, providing logistical support for meetings, travel, accommodation, appointments, and events.
• Guide clients in document preparation, ensuring accuracy for submission and engagement invoices.
• Address queries from authorities and draft proposed responses on behalf of clients.
• Liaise with relevant authorities regarding immigration and project-related matters raised by clients and business partners.
• Prioritise and address incoming queries and requests promptly in collaboration with internal and external contacts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Company's clients.
• Assist clients with various settlement services, including bank account opening, house leasing, maid hiring, and school enrolment/tours.
• Respond to calls and emails professionally and promptly to avoid service lags.
• Accompany clients to banks and government offices.
• Fulfil other job duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (for handling Mandarin-speaking clients and business associates).
