Position Description

• Overall in charge of full spectrum of finance operations for Price Forbes Singapore, and Hong Kong.
• Management reporting and analysis of reports.
• Drive process efficiency as we prepare for migration into new business system.
• Presence of transactional finance support from UK IBA.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing full sets of accounts for 1 primary legal entity and 1 smaller legal entity including preparing and uploading of journal entries in SUN/ D365, monthly BS schedules and bank/ interco/ premium/ claims reconciliation from ARAP to GL modules.
• Perform timely month end financial closing, management reporting and analytics.
• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Forecast in excel.
• Support quarterly GST reporting and annual MAS/ IRAS/ Statistics Singapore reporting.
• Support regulatory internal and external audit.
• Involve in the invoice to cash cycle with active liaison with Tech Admin team and UK IBA to ensure completeness, accuracy and timely revenue recognition and funds application.
• Active liaison with UK IBA to ensure smooth finance operations support.
• Assist with improvement and implementation of accounting processes to strengthen internal control and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in audit/ insurance/ broking is a plus but not compulsory.
• An eye for details.
• Strong local accounting knowledge and regulatory reporting experience.
• Strong communication skills, independent, team player and possess 'can do' attitude!
• IT savvy. Proficient in MS applications. Knowledge of SUN is preferred.
• Strong in Excel functions (Excel test will be given during interview).
