RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manages all events & rooms sales enquiries, dealing from receipt of request to contracting and payment.

* Liaise with in-house departments for a quick and smooth execution and conversion of

group business. Maintains ownership of group blocks, including pickup numbers,

BUS SERVICE: 9 FROM BEDOK INTERCHANGE, 19 FROM TAMPINES INTERCHANGE AND 89 FROM HOUGANG/SENGKANG VIA PASIR RIS INTERCHANGE

Responsibilities

• Develop new & potential business/clients in order to strengthen the client base.
• Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong customer relationship
• Maintains sales and activity reports
• Have a keen understanding of client's needs and requirements
• Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
• Devise and present sales and marketing ideas and strategies (examining potential risks, forecast projections based on client's objectives)
• Assists in the development of the business plan
• Any other duties assigned

Job Description:

• Must understand and comply with all MOM rules and employment requirements.
• Required to attend courses as necessary and provide the company with updates from MOM.
• Collaborate closely with employment agencies to identify suitable candidates as needed.
• Conduct interviews and select the most appropriate candidates for the company.
• Maintain records of staff leave and related matters.
• Manage all office administrative tasks.
• Oversee office purchases, including stationery and pantry supplies.
• Ensure the office cleaner performs their duties effectively.
• Identify quality vendors for the company when necessary and manage all company assets, including membership renewals, vehicle VPC, road tax, and insurance.

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for motivated individuals, who can work independently In a fast- track organization.

If you are a fast learner and have great communication skills, you are highly suitable.

You can work from home.

Job tasks as follows :

- Arrange sales appointments with new prospects

- Maintain Client relationship by following up with existing

clients and update them on new developments in the

company.

- Admin work

- Working from home , so you are expected to be disciplined and independent.

Finance & Accounting (70%)

Orders-to-cash:

· Capture all sales invoices and process cash receipts from customers in Quickbooks.

· Send monthly Statement of Accounts to customers after month-end close.

Purchase-to-pay:

· Ensure all supplier invoices are coded & matched to Purchase Orders after goods receiving (where appropriate), and record supplier invoices in Quickbooks.

· Prepare payments to suppliers via UOB online banking, and record payments in QuickBooks.

Others:

· Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.

· Support preparation of quarterly GST report.

· Responsible for managing the Petty Cash Fund.

· Other ad hoc admin duties.

HR Functions (25%)

· Coordinate recruitment, job posting, screening of applicants, interview scheduling.

· Ensure pre-employment requirements are fulfilled for new hires.

· Process application and renewal of Work Permits, Employment Pass and S-Pass for foreign employees.

· Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower and ensure company is in full compliance with MOM laws and other requirements.

· Liaise with the Insurance agent for inclusion of new hires in company’s health insurance and assist in employee’s insurance claims (where required).

Admin (5%)

· Support management in renewal of office insurance and work compensation injury policy.

· Ensure the availability of first-aid kit and medication for employees and coordinate any inspections by MOM.

· Replenishment of pantry & office supplies

Reporting Requirements;

· Recruitment Status Report

· Support preparation of Finance / Accounting Reports

Qualifications:

· Degree in Accounting or equivalent

· Proficient in QuickBooks accounting system, and/or exposure to ERP system processes (eg. Odoo, Netsuite).

· Strong skills in MS Excel ad MS Word.

· Working knowledge of HR Administration and MOM laws in Singapore will be advantageous.

· Minimum work experience for at least 4 - 6 years.

· Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
