Responsibilities:
- Leadership Role: Lead a group of Production Technicians in ensuring the safe and smooth running of production operations.
- Operational Optimization: Assist the Process Engineer in conducting activities and projects to optimize operations during shifts, achieving both operational and cost efficiency.
- Troubleshooting Expert: Take charge of troubleshooting plant/equipment/quality issues and recommend effective counter-measures.
- Equipment Integrity: Monitor and ensure the integrity and reliability of plant equipment.
- Operational Support: Assist the Process Engineer in supporting shift operations by providing suitable operating conditions for stable plant operation and product quality control.
- Training and Development: Play a crucial role in training and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Possess a degree in Chemical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Experienced candidates in petroleum, chemical, or polymer industries are warmly welcome to apply.
- Possess knowledge of process control and troubleshooting, with hands-on experience in plant equipment and instrumentation.
