Job Description
• Work closely with supervisor/manager to ensure production planning run smoothly and give support to the team.
• Coordinator between Admin and QA for any production issue.
• Ensure production output data are accurate and perform monitoring check.
• To be responsible of production data collection and data entry.
• Data key in for raw material withdrawal record, finished goods production.
• Ensure all the inspection record by production operators are accurately and comply with requirement
• Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.
• Other related duties as assigned by the production / operation manager and managing director.

Requirement:
• Min 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Microsoft office
• Minimum secondary school
• Company transport provided at Lakeside MRT, Jalan Boon Lay & Pioneer Mall & Pioneer MRT

Job Title: Production Executive (ID4387)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.45am to 5.45pm, Friday: 8.45am to 5.15pm
Salary: Local : $3000-$4000


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible to lead the teams of production operators and technicians to meet daily production targets, schedule and quality standard.
• Plan workflow on the production teams and achieve the production target.
• Draw up duty roster for operators and technicians; allocating work and plan & authorize the overtime accordingly.
• Work closely with production planner to meet the on time shipments schedule.
• Work with various departments / engineering group in cross functional efforts to resolve the production related issues.
• Compilation and monitor the monthly production OEE and wastage report.
• Analyses and determine the production losses & high wastage causes, and ensure that the necessary corrective / preventive action is taken when necessary.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process and quality system.


Secondary Responsibilities:
• Ensure the effective communication between shifts.
• Ensure the safety standard and GMP practices is followed strictly.
• Motivate and guide the operators and technicians, maintain discipline and manage their performance appraisals.
• Responsible for safety, department housekeeping & security management of the production floor.
• Ensures that all accident cases in his department are investigated and recorded. Provide the investigated accident report to Safety committee.
• Identify the training programs for new technician, so that they are affectively utilized and developed.

Competency / Job Requirements:
• Possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 year relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Good exposures in Manufacturing Processes and Handling Working Team
• Must be able to analyse and use data to continuously improve processes
• Must understand current manufacturing methods and best practices

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day business application operational issues & requests within SLA
• Ensure day-to-day activities, projects / change requests are done in compliance with REC IT Control Policies & Procedures
• Liaise with key users and Business Process Owners (BPO) to identify pain points and problem areas that require IT solution. Then capture specific requirements, propose cost effective solution, coordinate activities and implement
• Prepare and maintain up to date business process flows, configuration documents, technical / functional specifications, test scenarios / case creation, conduct user acceptance testing & roll-out solutions
• Establish rapport with end users from different departments, other IT members, and vendors to meet targets & KPIs

Requirements

• Min Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business related with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Well-developed understanding and working experience on SAP (or any other ERP) modules such as PPE (Production Planning & Execution), MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and TM (Transportation Management)
• Experience in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) is preferred but not required, or experience in any other planning tool for Supply Chain Planning such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Netsuite, IBM, etc. will also be considered
• Must be able to do basic configurations in SAP or whichever applicable ERP / planning tool
• Integration experience with other legacy or 3rd party systems
