The Regional Business Development Director will be responsible for driving the growth of our business within a designated region. This senior-level position will involve identifying new opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and working closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategies for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities in the designated region.
2. Business Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the region.
3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to expand our customer base.
4. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales activities, including negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions, to meet or exceed revenue goals.
5. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance business development team, providing coaching and guidance to team members to ensure success.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
8. Compliance: Ensure all business development activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.

Duties:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
• Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
• Assist in HR related matters
• In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director
• Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
• Manage virtual platforms and social media account
• Attend to personal matters for Director and family
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• No experience Needed (Training Provded)
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with multi-tasking
• Maintains confidentiality and possess sense of urgency
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and responsible
