The Managing Director roles should be overseeing in total company organisation performance and welfare which include:-
- Overseeing operations such as sales, marketing, customer services, production logistics and finance.
- Developing corporate strategies to meet short-term and long-term goals.
- Prepare and implement business plan to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
- Overseeing communication with stakeholders, including investors, customers, suppliers etc.
- Monitoring the organisation's financial performance and budgeting, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Representing the organisation at public events or initiatives.
