RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Officer contributes actively to the programme needs of MINDS Future Care Planning (FCP) Services under the umbrella of Community-Based Support Services (CSS).  CSS is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that responds to emerging needs of PWIDs and Caregivers in the community. The programme executive will work in synergy with various direct community services to enhance integration and community living of caregivers and PWIDs in the community.

 He/she will be involved in the planning, coordinating and executing of programme events and activities that suit the needs of families of persons with intellectual and developmental needs. He/she will contribute actively to FCP Services and work with team to ensure the efficient running of FCP programmes which will include working with caregivers on planning for the future, life coaching and life planning. The Director, Product Management will be responsible for the technical and commercial development of Visa’s Flexible Credentials approach in AP, working in collaboration with Global Product Management to deliver an integrated, digital payment experience for consumers enabling multiple funding sources, and payment modes including, Debit, Credit, Prepaid, Instalments, Loyalty points and more besides, to be linked together in a single digital-first experience. We are looking for a self-motivated person with a keen interest in robotics, to join NRPO to perform the following:

• Assist in planning and implementing initiatives to fulfil NRPO's objectives, with a focus on local and overseas events that showcase Singapore's robotics innovation ecosystem and that helps to foster connections and collaborations amongst end-users, robotics & automation companies and IHLs/RIs.
• Establish NRPO's calendar of events including a flagship NRPO event and identifying events that NRPO should partner with or participate in.

In the Asia Pacific region there has seen a surge in the adoption of payments using QR code. This growth is driven by multiple factors such as - the widespread use of smartphones, increasing penetration of internet services and, adoption of QR by the real-time payment networks and fintech. This growth in QR code payments in not isolated in the Asia Pacific region. It is picking pace globally and, the trend is expected to continue in the coming years.

Visa is establishing it’s Centre of Excellence in Singapore which will spearhead Visa’s QR participation in this growing trend. A dedicated team will provide strategic direction, thought leadership, product and execution support, best practices, and oversight for QR based payment for Visa. While Asia Pacific region will be its operating and learning ground, the remit of this Center of Excellence will be global. The person in this Director - QR Product Management position is one of the team members of this CoE and, will be responsible to managing Visa’s QR product and report to the lead of Center of Excellence based in Singapore.

What does a Director – QR Product Management does at Visa:

In your Product Management role, you will be is responsible for guiding the success of a QR product. This is a techno-commercial role spanning many types of activities, from strategic to tactical. The key expectations for the role are:

• You will be the subject matter expert on QR product. On a proactive basis you will often play the role of training and mentoring staff and, on a reactive basis you would be their go-to person for QR related questions or, problem solving.
• You will also be the advocate for Visa’s QR solutions, conducting sales pitches, workshop and training with varied players in the ecosystem including clients, merchants, regulators, and Visa’s various functional units.
